Hello, my name is Alara Kalfazade, and I graduated from Brown University in May 2024 with Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science - Economics, focusing on the design track. I'm originally from Istanbul, Turkey!

During my studies at Brown, I became passionate about UI/UX and creating innovative solutions that solve real-world problems. I'm constantly working to improve my design skills and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

I focus my creative practice somewhere between graphic design and web development. I see these disciplines as interconnected in the way that they allow me to play with text and images to create different meanings and realities.

In my free time, I enjoy taking photos with my film camera, watching true crime shows, and traveling to new countries. The last place I visited was Aruba! I'm always looking for recommendations on what to watch or where to travel next.
